ClinikBuddy is committed to protecting the privacy of healthcare providers and their patients.

Data Ownership

You (the Clinic/Doctor) own all patient data. We act only as a data processor.

Information Collection

We collect clinic details, doctor credentials, and patient contact info to facilitate EMR services.

Security

We use AES-256 bit encryption. Patient records are stored on secure cloud servers with restricted access.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted gateways for SMS (Reminders) and Payments. We never sell patient data.

Data Portability: You can export your patient records at any time.

Payment Policy

  • Subscription Model: ClinikBuddy operates on a pre-paid subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly).
  • Pricing: Fees are based on the selected plan (Essentials or Pro). Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 48 hours before the billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Transaction Failures: A grace period of 3 days is provided before account features are restricted in case of payment failure.

Terms of Use

License

We grant you a non-transferable, limited license to use ClinikBuddy for your dental/medical practice.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your clinic login. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Prohibited Acts

Users shall not attempt to reverse-engineer the software, use it for spamming SMS, or store illegal content.

Cookies Policy

What are Cookies? Small files stored on your device to help ClinikBuddy remember your login session and preferences.

Necessary Cookies Essential for you to remain logged in while navigating between patient files and invoices.
Analytical Cookies Used (via Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns so we can simplify the workflow.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Billing" section of your dashboard.

Monthly Plans

No refunds are provided for partial months. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Yearly Plans

If cancelled within the first 7 days, a pro-rated refund (minus a 10% processing fee) may be issued upon request.
